Black-core and blue-core labels identify internal layers in certain laminated cardstocks, not universal quality grades. Compare the finished card’s opacity, caliper, stiffness, finish, cutting, and registration before deciding which stock is better.

Sticky handling does not automatically prove that a proxy card or sleeve is defective. Use controlled comparisons to isolate finish, fit, contamination, humidity, and sleeve variables before requesting a reprint.
